    We wipe over your tiles with drying towels to make sure that

Grout colour sealing
Sometimes grout can become so stained that even professional cleaning can't restore the full beauty of your tiles.

Why clean & seal grout?
The secret to great looking tiles is great looking grout. Grouts
are porous and, as a result, they easily absorb grease and dirt.

Spillages such as wine, soft drinks or food can cause marks
and patches in the grout lines in the floor. Even mopping your floor can cause problems eventually as dirty water runs into the recessed grout lines and soaks in.

So it’s a good idea once we have cleaned the grout in your floor to then let us protect your grout using a specialist sealer.  This sealer forms an invisible barrier over the top of the grout  preventing re-soiling and protecting your investment for years to come.

Why seal tiles?
In general, porous flooring such as terracotta and porcelain tiles should be sealed every two to three years to lock in the beauty of the tile and protect them from penetrating stains and spills.

Glazed ceramic tiles do not generally require sealing to protect their cosmetic appearance or improve their wear resistance.
